Change/Forgot Password
Registration
To register for the Right of First Refusal application (ROFR), select “Sign in” in the top right corner of the screen to display the Sign in screen.
To Register:
1. On the Sign in screen, next to “Don’t have an account”, click “Sign up now” to display the User Details screen
2. Enter a password with 8 or more characters including one uppercase letter, one special character, and one numeric character
3. Enter all the required information then click “Create”. An email containing a verification code is sent, then the User Details screen is displayed
4. On the User Details screen, enter the verification code received in the email and click “Verify code” which verifies that the correct code was entered, then click “Continue” to display the Sign In screen. (Note: if the verification code was not received or timed out, click “Send new code” to receive a new verification code via email)
Sign in
To sign in, enter email address and password selected during registration and click Sign in. The Right of First Refusal (ROFR) home screen will be displayed.
Change/Forgot Password
To change your password or if you forgot your password:
1. On the Sign in screen, click “Forgot your password?”. The User Details screen will be displayed for email address verification.
2. On the User Details screen, enter the email address selected during registration and click “Send verification code”, the User Details screen is re-displayed with the verified email address.
3. If the email address was not verified, a new email address may be entered by clicking “Change email” to re-display the User Details screen for email address verification. If the email address is verified, click “Continue” to display the User Details screen for new passwords.
4. Enter a new password, confirm the password, then click “Continue” to display the Sign in screen.
5. Enter the email address selected during registration and the new password, then click “Sign in” to display the main Right of First Refusal (ROFR) application screen.
